Refund Policy
- If your order is eligible for a refund, we will issue the refund using your original payment method.
- Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after the return is accepted. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional days for the refunded amount to appear on your account.
- In certain cases (e.g. sale items, digital products, or custom orders), refunds may be partial or not applicable.
- If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the return conditions described above.
